As an important role of global demand planning, we are in charge of GFSH S&OP process, The unique directing sales mode is requiring higher flexibility and smoother cooperation. Join Tesla, let get together accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. Responsibilities? 1、ManageTesla’ mid- and long-term weekly plan, balance production/logistic/program/supply chain constraints, maximum company profit. 2、Organize weekly China S&OP meeting, smooth conflict between domestic and export demand. 3、Develop automatic meetings reporting hub for weekly S&OP in dplan tool, Develop global pack production, DU production module with local team; 4、Align with sales/production/supply chain/material planning/logistic/program on weekly plan and to ensure smooth executive of build plan.? 5、Maximize the short-term alignment of Tesla’s factory production to actual and expected demand.? 6、Gather requirements from the rest of the Demand Planning team and other core business partners, and lead in developing new features to further target and optimize Tesla’s build plan module. 7、Develop automated models (especially using SQL) to maximize detailed build plan alignment to demand and hit shipping cutoffs within production constraints? 8、As a primary user of Demand Planning’s factory-integrated IT tools and systems,demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and adhere to regular schedules for planning cycles? 9、Identify risks to quarterly plan execution and proactively solve by identifying and organizing cross-functional solutions? Requirements? 1、2+years’ experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Planning,Production Planning, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or other comparable experience? 2、SQL skills required; Python or other programming experience preferred? 3、Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science,or other related fields 4、Mastery of Microsoft Excel required 5、Proficiency in English both spoken and written expression ability? 6、Good at cross function communication and negotiation 7、Proven experience solving structured optimization problems? 8、Proven ability to independently own an operational process? 9、Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a passion for being hands-on in their work?
